A few small experiments — web, mobile, applied AI. We take an idea, build it properly, and see what it does. What we learn goes into the writing.

Honest about stage. We say what's shipped, what's still an experiment, and what we stopped. We'd rather do a few things well than keep everything alive at once.

A few experiments, run by a small team, is plenty. When something stops earning its place, we wind it down and keep the learning.
